Virgin Media customers across the UK are facing more connectivity problems this morning and it’s clear they’re not happy about it.

Taking to both Twitter and DownDetector, many people have reported issues with both accessing emails and checking the service status in their area.

DownDetector started receiving reports at around 6.30am on Wednesday, July 29 while the Virgin Media Twitter account is being peppered with questions from frustrated customers.

‘Problems with email. Try to check but funniest thing is you can’t even access their service status page because none of it is working,’ one user commented on DownDetector, which monitors outages across popular services.

According to the website, issues are spread across the country with the main problem areas being around London, Nottingham and Bath as well as Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Virgin Media itself hasn’t issued any form of official notice about the problem but its social media team has been responding to customers on Twitter.

If you’re suffering problems yourself then you may get an answer from the company that way or you can call the service line on 0345 454 1111.
