Aditya Birla Group-owned UltraTech Cement on Monday said its consolidated net profits for the quarter ending December climbed 7.8 per cent to Rs 1,708 crore from Rs 1,584 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company said its revenue from operations increased 5.89 per cent year-on-year to Rs 12,985 crore from Rs 12,262 crore in the same quarter last year.
