Thomson Reuters elects slate at annual meeting


Thomson Reuters’ (TRI -0.5%) annual meeting ended with all nominees elected to the board, and rejecting a shareholder proposal.

Two members retired from the board, but 12 others were elected with approval of 92.76% of votes or better.

Shareholders also approved an advisory resolution on executive compensation and ratified the company’s auditor.
