Bond is set at $325,000 for a suspect accused of robbing a Goldsboro business at gunpoint. The Goldsboro Police Department reports Samuel K. Best, Jr. of Goldsboro was arrested on Wednesday on the 300 block of Sanborn Lane. Best is charged in connection to the October 7th armed robbery at 117 Internet on the 2300 block of U.S. 117 South. The business reported a suspect held two employees at gunpoint and took an undetermined amount of cash from the premises. The investigation led to warrants being secured on Best for charges including Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and 2nd Degree Kidnapping. Best was placed into the custody of the Wayne County Jail.
