The internet provider Sky has announced that some customers in Leicester may not be able to get online, or make of receive calls.
The company tweeted about the connection problems at 9.30pm yesterday.
However, problems still appear to be ongoing according to customers replying to the company’s tweet this morning.
The provider has referred any Sky customers who might be experiencing problems to their website to find out when normal service might resume.
They also said they could use the Sky App to find out when their service would return.
One customer tweeted: “Any news still? There’s an orange light in my router.”
Another tweeted this morning: “Any news on when this will be back up? I’m due to start working from home at 7am, thanks.”
While one said: “Children calm down, it’s not the end of the world. You will have internet back soon!”
