Generative AI is making massive inroads into One UI 6.1
This is just the beginning of the current One UI 6.1 leaks. Along with X user @BennettBuhner, there are plenty more screenshots of the new features and functions of the Samsung Android 14 interface, which appears to brings much more than the minimal jump in the version number would suggest. The keyword here is artificial intelligence (AI), especially in the form of its generative variant.
Under the title “AI for everyone”, Samsung will have a lot to say at CES in January. The One UI 6.1 update, which will be launched shortly thereafter with the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra, already has plenty of AI to offer. The screenshots below show how you can use AI features to create individual wallpapers and quickly change the weather on the lock screen, for example.
