An autopsy for Ellies was ordered by Justice of the Peace Tom Gilliam.

Ellies is one of three suspects that police said held a family in the 2500 block of 18th Street at gunpoint before a homeowner shot one of the men with a rifle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two of the suspects are still at large, and descriptions have not been publicly released.
