Investing.com – NetApp reported on Tuesday second quarter that beat analysts’ forecasts and revenue that topped expectations.
NetApp announced earnings per share of $1.28 on revenue of $1.57B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $1.21 on revenue of $1.55B.
NetApp shares are up 34% from the beginning of the year and are trading at $88.94 , down-from-52-week-high.They are outperforming the Nasdaq which is up 20.56% from the start of the year.

NetApp’s report follows an earnings beat by NVIDIA on November 17, who reported EPS of $1.17 on revenue of $7.1B, compared to forecasts EPS of $1.11 on revenue of $6.82B.
Cisco had beat expectations on November 17 with first quarter EPS of $0.82 on revenue of $12.9B, compared to forecast for EPS of $0.8042 on revenue of $12.98B.
