Dayot Upamecano, who could become available after RB Leizpig took major steps towards signing a new centre-back, is a compelling target. TELLES SITUATION ‘MORE BLURRY’ AS CLUBS REFUSE TO BUDGE
The situation surrounding Alex Telles’ proposed move to United has become “more blurry”, claim Portuguese outlet Correio da Manhã.
Porto are reportedly not willing to accept an offer of less than €20m for the left-back, while United don’t think it’s worth spending any more than €15m on a player whose contract expires next summer.
That could lead to a stalemate that isn’t resolved before the transfer window closes on Monday, with United expected to prioritise the signing of Jadon Sancho.
