BENTON COUNTY, Wash. — A 28-year-old is behind bars for allegedly firing shots out of a car while reportedly under the influence.
Washington State Patrol pulled over the car with multiple people inside on Sunday morning. The car was going west on I-82 near Prosser. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office said several gunshots were fired from the back passenger area of the car.
Federico Nava-Parrales was in the car and it was determined that he was the one who fired the rounds. He was also allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Everyone in the car was interviewed and Nava-Parrales was booked for discharging firearms and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors.
