Man found dead in outbuilding south of Corona – Press-Enterprise

Riverside County sheriff’s homicide detectives on Friday, Aug. 30, investigated the death of a man found that morning in an outbuilding in the El Cerrito area south of Corona.

About 5:20 a..m., Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department received a report of an unattended death in the 19600 block of Temescal Canyon Road, spokeswoman Tawny Cabral said. An ambulance was sent and the death was confirmed, Cabral said.

Cal Fire then requested deputies. The dead man was in his mid-’30s, said Deputy Michael Vasquez, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman. Vasquez said something about the crime scene was “suspicious,” but he would not elaborate.

Investigators were at the site well into the afternoon.

No other details were reported.
