ROBERTO FIRMINO and Diogo Jota were on target as Liverpool fought back from behind after a rare away penalty at Anfield.
The Reds duo found the net either side of half-time to earn all three points and join rivals Everton on 13 points at the top of the Premier League table.
But that was only after Sander Berge converted the first penalty conceded by Jurgen Klopp’s side in a home league game since October 2018.
Firmino tapped in from close range before Mo Salah thought he had put the champions in front but his excellent finish was ruled out.
Jota did head in what proved to be the winner.
Salah was denied again, this time by the post, after a sublime piece of footwork as the score remained 2-1 – although there was still time for Oliver Burke to waste a late chance to grab a Blades equaliser.
