Letter: Not enough sources of truth this election – Chico Enterprise-Record

What a mess! The presidential election this year looks like a recap of Dante’s levels of hell. How can the voter make an informed decision with all those prejudiced voices coming at him? If there’s an unbiased news source, it’s either hanging out with Judge Crater and Jimmy Hoffa, or it’s being bullied into silence by Big Tech and the mainstream media.

The Biden and son disgrace in Ukraine and China should be a major news event. How come the reporters are afraid to ask them about it?

The FBI leadership has become a joke, and we’ve seen the blatant partisanship of many federal agencies, obviously only interested in holding on to power. Their only occupation for the last four years has been trying to engineer Trump’s ouster.

If our local newspaper is a  sample, voters are being advised to vote on the basis of how Trump handled the pandemic, when the WHO and the CDC can’t make up their minds on whether masks are important.

I wonder why the E-R didn’t consider Trump’s record with the economy, ISIS, bureaucratic cleansing, etc. Or Biden’s record of being wrong on everything he’s done. Or his mental health.

We learned last election to ignore the polls.

If Biden wins, with the help of all the misinformation and absence of sources of truth, I’ll probably send in a retraction of this. I don’t want to undergo re-education therapy at my age.
