The Foxes are taking on Championship opposition in their latest warm-up game as they continue to build up to the new Premier League season
What next for Brendan Rodgers after FA Cup win?
Leicester City continue their pre-season schedule with another road trip to face QPR.
Brendan Rodgers’ side travel to the Championship side looking to notch their first goal of the summer.
So far they have been held 0-0 by Burton Albion, before losing on penalties, and lost 1-0 to another League One side, Wycombe, in midweek.
Rodgers will be hoping his players can up the ante as they look to put plans in place for another impressive season at the King Power Stadium.
As for the Rs, they were hugely impressive in their 4-2 win over Manchester United last week and will be looking for more of the same against another top flight big-hitter.
Here’s all you need to know about the game.
When and where is it?
The game is on Saturday, July 31 at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
Kick-off is 3pm.
How can I watch it?
The game is being streamed live and for free on LCFC TV.
As is normally the case in pre-season games, bookmakers aren’t offering odds.
Ryan Bertrand is expected to feature, having missed Wednesday night’s defeat to Wycombe with a slight muscle strain.
Elsewhere, Rodgers will make checks on a string of first-teamers yet to feature in pre-season.
That includes the likes of Harvey Barnes, Ayoze Perez, Jonny Evans and James Justin.
Youri Tielemans could feature having now returned from the Euros with Belgium.
Dennis Praet, Kasper Schmeichel and Danny Ward, who also featured in the latter stages of the tournament, are unlikely to feature.
Moses Odubajo should play again for QPR, as they prepare to offer him permanent terms, whilst ex-Leicester midfielder George Thomas will be hoping to get the nod.
