Jury discharged in Duncan Lewis knife threat trial



A jury has been discharged in the trial of a man who allegedly threated to kill an immigration solicitor at Harrow-firm Duncan Lewis.

Cavan Medlock, 31, denied preparation of terrorist acts and making a threat to kill at the firm in September 2020. 

Sitting at Kingston-Upon-Thames Crown court, Mr Justice Bennathan discharged the jury this afternoon.
