Property consultant Investors Clinic and realty developer Supertech have joined hands to offer interest free, subsidized residential plots and apartments at Yamuna Expressway to the frontline pandemic warriors.

The project, which is close to the upcoming Jewar airport and proposed Film City is spread in 100-acre and is a mix of plotted development and high-rises.

The COVID warriors will have to pay 30% of booking amount and 1% of the remaining amount every month with zero interest.

“This is our effort to honor our pandemic heroes, who served the nation in such challenging times. Their courage, commitment and dedication to ensure our survival during the phase deserves our gratitude and admiration,” said Honeyy Katiyal, Founder of Investors Clinic.

The payment plan has been designed where apart from initial investment the balance payment is to be done in ‘interest-free’ instalments of up to 35 months from the booking date in order to make it more affordable and within investment reach.
