Millions have taken to parting ways with unnecessary subscriptions to streaming sites and other services such as Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime.

A big monthly expense for many is LinkedIn Premium, which – starting at £24.98 per month – offers added extras to users of the career-focused social media platform.

The process is as follows:

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account
  2. Next, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the page
  3. Then, go to ‘premium subscription settings’
  4. Under ‘manage premium account’, click ‘cancel subscription’
  5. Finally, click ‘continue’

Once you have followed these steps, you can officially wave goodbye to LinkedIn Premium and hello to saving precious pounds.

You can still use the platform for free, but you will lose access to the Premium benefits.

This includes seeing who has viewed your profile, expanded search results, job vacancy recommendations, access to LinkedIn’s InMail feature, and LinkedIn Learning.
