“Also, we tried to add a bit of humour to our cards, just to help people deal with what was really unusual and distressing time
“I think it’s the amount of detail that we put into our personalization, the amount of thought we put into them.
“When I create a design, I don’t think about mass selling, I think about all the little details and making it perfect before it goes out for sale.
“And it’s always really well received that way. I think the attention to detail pays off,” she said.
Bhavna also offered advice to people thinking of setting up their own business.
“My advice would be to believe in your product. If you’re passionate about something, don’t be afraid to pursue it,” she said.
