FUT 21 Team of the Week 1 predictions featuring Wissam Ben Yedder


As the launch of FIFA 21 draws ever closer, EA have confirmed that the TOTW promo for FUT 21 begins this week.

The FIFA 21 Ultimate Team TOTW 1 squad will be announced on Wednesday September 30 at 3pm, with the squad going live in packs from 6pm, as Ultimate Team fans will able to access the FUT Web App on the same day to start building FUT squads, ready for the full game launch.

The FUT 21 TOTW 1 squad could be stacked full of brilliant players who’ve produced excellent performances over the past week, including FUT favourite Wissam Ben Yedder, Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy, PSG striker Kylian Mbappe, Barcelona winger Ansu Fati and Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez.

There is also the small matter of Liverpool vs Arsenal in the Premier League at 8pm on Monday evening, so strong performances in that game could also lead to a change in our TOTW predictions.

The FIFA 21 Ultimate Team TOTW 1 squad is set to be announced at 3pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, with the cards available in packs from 6pm.

FIFA 21 has an official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020, but some editions will allow you to play FIFA 21 earlier than this. EA Play subscribers will be able to access a ten-hour trial of FIFA 21 from Thursday October 1, 2020.

If you pre-order the FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC you’ll be able to play from October 6, 2020, with the Standard Edition allowing fans to play from the game’s official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020.

EA have also confirmed that when you purchase a digital copy of FIFA 21 on Xbox, PS4 or PC, you’ll have access to something called Dual Entitlement, which will enable you to upgrade your copy of FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or from Xbox One to Xbox Series X, at no extra cost.
