Ocado and Marks & Spencer have confirmed the creation of a joint venture, in a move which the companies say will transform online grocery shopping.
Ted Baker, whose boss is under investigation following sexual harassment claims, warned today that its profits for the current financial year will be lower than market expectations at £63million.
Broadcasting giant ITV has posted a fall in annual earnings and warned that its advertising revenue will come under pressure amid Brexit uncertainty.
