Tech pro, 34 minutes agoThese are fake ,haters posting it…Keep it in mind that the tests conducted by GSMArena (3G call, browsing and video playback) are barely processor taxing. Playing games or running heavier apps are when you start seeing significant difference in power consumption/heat, hence battery life as well.

Tech pro, 34 minutes agoThese are fake ,haters posting it…If it’s reported by more than 30 people using the same exact variant, all coming with the same problem and even come with appropriate screenshots for validity, then it’s definitely a real issue.
Samsung haters will mostly be messing around in other platforms, such as in YouTube comments, articles related to Samsung, Samsung’s Official SocMed sites, etc., but definitely NOT on a forum where the real owners give their honest feedback for Samsung to address.

Snapdragon 888 isn’t an huge … moreNot that the SD888 was barely an improvement over the SD865+, but rather Samsung just made a horrible 2020 Exynos flagship SoC last year, which lowered the bare minimum standard for a premium flagship from Samsung.
It’s not that Exynos has drastically improved, rather it just went back to how it’s supposed to be done properly.

after 6 months Exynos 2100’s efficiency and performance will decrease by 10%-20% while the SD888 will remain almost the same or decrease by max 5% after one year.

I understand you wanted to keep the test methodology to the 35/LTE standards. But the difference in 5G connection should have also been added as more and more areas are getting 5G networks.

If exynos continue to improve, then this is an great start. Snapdragon 888 isn’t an huge improvement over the Snapdragon 865+, but the exynos 2100 is an super huge improvement over the exynos 990. Hope samsung will keep improving its chip. Snapdragon 888 is still better despite the overheating issue.
