She is set to be freed from HMP Bronzefield in Surrey under an early-release scheme.

The ex-solicitor, who has refused to resign her Peterborough seat, could return to Parliament for tomorrow’s Brexit vote.

She must wear a tag and obey a curfew but will otherwise be free, the Daily Mail reported.

Labour expelled Onasanya following her conviction for perverting justice but she still picked up her £77,000 pay in jail.

She also launched an appeal after being given a three-month sentence last month.

The Ministry of Justice refused to comment last night.
