Colony Capital accepts tenders for 72% of 3.875% convertible notes due 2021


Colony Capital (NYSE:CLNY) says $81.3M, or ~72% of its 3.875% convertible notes due 2021 outstanding, were tendered when its tender offer expired at midnight on Sept. 24.

CLNY has accepted all convertible notes that were validly tendered and will pay $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.

Expects to pay ~$81.9M for the notes, including interest, on the settlement date of Sept. 25.

After settlement, ~$31.5M principal amount of the convertible notes will remain outstanding.
