For the first time since 2010, there may be races in conflict to become the elected financial oversight agency in Riverside County.

Chris Lohauge, who was unsuccessful in the endorheic parliamentary seat in 2020, announced last week that he would run for auditor in 2022. Incumbent Paul Anglo took office in 2010 and did not campaign against it in 2014 and 2018.
