Chelsea fans were begging Frank Lampard to sign up Real Madrid ace Sergio Reguilon after his stunning strike against Roma in the Europa League.

The left-back is on loan at Sevilla from Zinedine Zidane’s side and he’s attracted interest from Chelsea this summer.

Lampard is keen on signing a more defensive-minded full-back to replace Marcos Alonso but Leicester City are demanding £80m for first choice option Ben Chilwell.

That’s forced Chelsea to scour the market for other options and Reguilon has been identified, as Real Madrid are believed to be seeking around £18m for the defender.

Many Chelsea fans were tuning into Bayer Leverkusen’s clash with Rangers to get a glimpse of target Kai Havertz but Sevilla were taking on Roma at the same time, where Reguilon scored a stunning goal from his left-back slot.

The defender burst inside from the flank, beat two men and zipped an effort into the corner of the net to put the La Liga side ahead.

Needless to say the goal caught the eye of supporters, who subsequently begged Lampard to get a deal done for the left-back.
