The pandemic may be far from over, but Las Vegas is making moves to get back to its old self as coronavirus case rates decline.

Beyond Southern California… 

Everyone has their eye on Richmond. The Virginia city has received multiple proposals for a major casino property, and the latest company to throw its hat in the ring is Bally’s Corporation. Bally’s proposal includes a $650 million casino resort that would take 18 months to build. Richmond’s ABC affiliate has more.
