Anthony Martial has missed Manchester United’s clash with Crystal Palace due to a knee injury.

The France international, who has scored just two goals in his last 15 appearances for United, suffered the problem during Monday’s training session.

And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he is unsure when the 25-year-old will be able to return.

David De Gea has also been ruled out of United’s trip to Selhurst Park due to personal reasons, with Dean Henderson starting ahead of the Spaniard.

‘David [De Gea], that’s personal reasons,’ Solskjaer told MUTV before the game.

‘Anthony [Martial] got a knock in training on Monday, on his knee, so not ready for this. Hopefully ready for the weekend but we’re not sure yet.’

MAN UTD XI: Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Maguire, Shaw; Matic, Fred; Greenwood, Fernandes, Rashford; Cavani.

SUBS: Grant, Lindelof, Telles, Tuanzebe, Williams, Amad, James, McTominay, Shoretire.

Donny van de Beek was also absent due to injury, however, Edinson Cavani was able to return to United’s starting line-up.
