HOLIDAY accommodation in the UK is booking up fast as Brits have been busy locking in staycations for the coming months.
90 per cent of accommodation is booked up in popular destinations during the peak summer months.
The research comes from hotel booking platform, Hoo, who searched for holiday accommodation availability for a family of four across 12 top domestic holiday spots in August.
It found that 90 per cent of accommodation is already full, as 86 per cent of Brits opt for UK breaks this year.
Despite the surge in bookings, we’ve still managed to find some deals from £29 a night in some of the most popular tourist hotspots.

Devon and Cornwall are still seeing the highest demand, with destinations like Salcombe and Padstow almost full for the summer.
Last year in Cornwall, some people were even put onto waiting lists for self-catering properties due to its popularity.
